This morning we fixed a big breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes. It was fun, and the best part is we got to share it with Cinthia, Erica, and Pancho. All 11 of us (Us, Dave, Silvia A, Hugo, Silvia C, Cinthia, Erica, and Pancho) sat down together and ate breakfast; it was awesome. I’m not used to cooking for more than 4 people on a regular basis, but I’m getting used to it, and really enjoying it. It is generally a team effort, which makes it even more fun. Silvia A. does most of the cooking, but Saturday mornings we all pitch in, and tomorrow when we have the kids from Hogar over for lunch (about 20 of them!), it’ll just be us gringos cooking because Silvia A and Silvia C go into Lima on Sunday. I’m sure it’ll be a blast!
